It all started when...
I realized I weighed more than I wanted to and could not comfortably run or swim like I wanted to. It was 2007 and I was ready to do the work, whatever it took. I was committed. Over the next two years I lost 40 pounds and have kept it off by exercising consistently and eating right (most of the time).
I run early in the morning on most days and also enjoy swimming, cycling, hiking and more.

- Timp Trail Marathon
- Jordanelle Sprint Triathalon (swim, ride, run) with daughter
- St. George Marathon

- Squaw 50 (Ultra event in June 2018)
