Break Up the Journey with Milestones... Take Babysteps
Climbing a mountain can be a little overwhelming. Use clear, actionable weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual goals to make the journey more manageable. At its root, every journey is just a number of steps... lots of steps... babysteps.
Moment by moment by moment, we make a choice to step towards our goal or away from it. A step towards our goal is a creation, a step away from our goal is likely a reaction to something or someone else.
The average person takes 10,000 steps a day or about 5 miles. Not bad!
